This upgrade adds support for a few new event versions, namely ActS 4.0.0, ActT 4.0.0, ArtP 3.1.0 and CD 3.1.0.

Description of the Change
Upgrades eiffellib from 1.1.1 to 1.2.0. This effectively adds support for ActS 4.0.0, ActT 4.0.0, ArtP 3.1.0 and CD 3.1.0. Without those schema files in place this module will consider such events invalid and will e.g. not insert them to MongoDB.
